He has over 20 years in the direct selling industry, working for some of its most elite companies. Most recently he served as Polish Direct Selling Association (PSSB). Janusz brings a deep understanding of the industry and the challenges that companies have with legacy or homegrown software. He is respected in the European community for his honesty, integrity, and ability to solve problems.

Janusz obtained a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio, USA. He has been associated with the direct sales industry since the beginning of his professional career. He is a long-time member of the Polish Direct Selling Association (PSSB), and before Exigo, was Executive Director. Janusz lives and works in Europe, combining the role of a husband, father, and owner of a Yorkshire terrier.
